Positivity is running through my brain. I am determined to enjoy my life and not let big (or small) troubles get in the way of it. The old me handled things a lot differently to the new me. The old me wasn’t as positive and would dwell on issues. I would dwell for days and let whatever was worrying me control my life. It wasn’t healthy and it was actually making my life significantly more difficult than it needed to be. I was fighting battles on multiple fronts and not giving myself any reprieve from them.
I am glad to say that I’m definitely making progress. I am considerably more positive than I used to be and the proof is in the pudding. For example, my old architect didn’t do a good job of turning my vision into a reality. One year ago I would have been devastated by this and thought that because I spent the money, I would just have to go with a design that I didn’t love. I’d then almost definitely spend the rest of my life regretting that decision.
The new (also known as the current me) has taken a different approach. Instead of wallowing in self-pity, I took action and looked to hire commercial architects based in Brighton who would do a significantly better job than my old architects. I am proud to say that I did this and have been working with the new architects for a couple of months now. They’ve done an incredible job of listening to my needs and creating designs for a commercial property that I absolutely love.
If I can give anyone advice in life, my advice would be to stay positive. Take action and if you need to hire a new architect operating near Melbourne to ensure you receive the product you want, then do it. Life is much too short to wallow in things. Take control of your life and do the best you can.
