Just my luck. I’ve been waiting for this new bathroom for eleven months and just as it’s finally finished, I go on holidays, end up stuck somewhere other than my home and then move out of home. Since we’ve gotten the new bathroom, I’ve only been able to use it twice. And that sucks because the bathroom is INCREDIBLE. I can’t even begin to describe how much I love it.
The bathroom feels so much bigger than it used to because the specialists in bathroom renovations local to Melbourne decided to get rid of the bath. They made this decision after asking us a number of questions about how we use our bathroom, and none of us said we use the bath that often. It became clear to the renovation and design specialists that we didn’t actually need the bath and that the space it was taking up could be used in a better way.
The bathroom renovators also decided to flip the layout of our bathroom. Our vanity (which now has two sinks and a mirror with storage behind it) is now where our shower used to be, and vice versa. Our shower has two shower heads, one big one that makes it feel like you’re being rained on and one removable one, to make sure you can be as clean as possible! I literally love it. In my opinion, this is the best bathroom design I’ve ever seen… I’m not even biassed, this is genuinely fantastic.
As much as I love the bathroom, I haven’t been able to use it nearly as much as I would have liked to. I’m honestly planning on going back to my parents’ house every week so that I can shower in the bathroom. Seeing as I should have been using it all year, I think it’s fair enough. I just love it so much. I’m going to attach photos to this blog post so you guys can see how awesome it is.
