I booked an appointment to visit their warehouse office complex tomorrow to talk to them in person. I want to get a feel for who I’m working with before I commit to working with them. And seeing their work in person wouldn’t be too bad, either. I’ve wanted this circular steel beam my whole life, so it’s important it is completed by someone who knows exactly what they’re talking about and understands my requirements.
